Who we are

AiHIRE.ae is operated by AiHIRE Marketplace FZ-LLC, registered in Dubai Internet City, UAE.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, country, language preference, password hash.

Verification data: government ID and selfie via Onfido / Sumsub. Stored encrypted, deleted after verification unless required for compliance.

Project data: briefs, files, messages between Clients and Experts.

Payment data: minimal — Stripe handles card details. We retain receipts and last 4 digits for accounting.

Usage data: device, IP address, page views, click events, anonymized.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: matching, payments, communication, support.

To meet legal obligations: VAT records, anti-money-laundering, dispute resolution.

With your consent: marketing emails, optional analytics. You can withdraw consent any time.

Where data lives

Primary data is hosted in UAE region (Azure me-central) by default.

Some subprocessors (Stripe, Sumsub, Resend, Cloudflare) operate in other regions; we use Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Your rights

Access, correct, port, or delete your data. Email privacy@aihire.ae or use the Settings → Account → Export / Delete tools.

We honour rights under UAE PDPL, EU GDPR, and DIFC Data Protection Law.

Retention

Project files are purged 90 days after project close, sooner on request.

Financial records are retained for 7 years to comply with UAE tax law.
