Your project data isn't for sale. AiHIRE doesn't resell briefs, files, or messages.
Where data lives
Primary storage is in UAE region (Azure me-central) by default.
Some subprocessors (Stripe, Sumsub, Resend, Cloudflare) operate in other regions; we use Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Retention
Project files are purged 90 days after project close, or sooner on request.
Financial records are retained for 7 years to comply with UAE tax law.
You can export or delete your account data any time from Settings → Account.
